1.What products do you produce?
Hospital bed. . Examination table. Emergency trolley. Stretcher bed.Delivery couch.Hospital infant bed.Hospital cabinet. Bedside table .etc.
2.How do you ensure the products quality?
we have our own professional QC department to supervise the quality .we provide Inspection report . We also have obtained ISO/CE certificate.
3.How about your after-sale service?
In our factory ,we established a specialized team to slove everything for the after-sales service.Every order we will provide perfect and timely after-sale solutions
4. What is your minium order quantity? If I only buy one unit to check, whether you can provide good price to me?
Our minum order quantity is one unit. we will provide high competitive price to our each customer.
5. What is your delivery time?
In general within 15 days after our customers confirm the order .while if our customer have an urgent demand ,we could make an application to our factory and rearrange the production schedule to meet our customer's requirement .
6. What is your payment terms and the transaction ways ?
We can accept T/T. LC and so on ,For the the ransaction ways we usually use EXW ,FOB, CIF .etc.
7. What is your Warranty service?
Generally it is 1-3 years according to different products, some product we will provide the lifetime maintaining, we provide the quality guarantee files to our customerrs when the cooperation begin
